I recently had an Amana heat pump system with backup gas furnace and Rheem heat pump water heater with electric backup installed by Matt and his team of professionals. They installed these vital systems in one day and explained how they work along with tips on how to be more efficient. The heat pumps have been great, where I only needed to use the gas backup during the coldest weeks of winter. I have a young family that has a constant need for hot water. The heat pump water heater system has worked great, even in energy saver mode. This positive experience has me interested in further increasing my energy efficiency for my home, hopefully with solar panels in the future. I called Zenith and Matt, the senior Tech Manager, showed up about an hour later. He quickly identified and fixed the problem, which was a clogged drain. He also took quite a bit of time to explain how furnaces operate and to educate us on how to run our furnace more efficiently (stop closing vents to force air to go to other rooms). The fee was more than reasonable.
